Technical description LED displays
The sophisticated solution and precise workmanship predestines the large area LED displays for long-term use even under most extreme climatic conditions. The service life of the equipment reaches up to 100,000 hours, corresponding to more than 11 years of continuous operation.
Materials undergoes no corrosion
- All construction parts of large area LED displays are made of corrosion-proof materials.
- Mechanically high resistant display frame is made of aluminium.
- All employed jointing material is of stainless steel.
- The front masks of displays are made of resistant thermoplastic and the LEDs fitted there are encapsulated in silicone layer that dissipates heat and protects from adverse weather attacks.
Doubled circuits, double safety
The high function reliability of large area LED displays is guaranteed by the fact that all electronic, data and supply circuits are doubled. Therefore in case of failure of a primary circuit its function is immediately taken over by its secondary backup circuit.
Protection from mechanical damage
A set of shields over LEDs and in the display front area itself serves not only for shielding from external light sources but also as a protection from mechanical damage. In case of a mechanical attack on the front area of the display only a local damage of one or two #38clusters /#of 12x12x2.5 cm occurs; this can be easily replaced even while the display remains operating.
Non-flicker display
The frame frequency of large area LED displays is 600 frames per second, which is 40x faster than with a film in cinema. The result is that if you take a photo or record a video, the image will look same as in real.
ViewLab: Large area projection a la Hollywood
A component part of delivery of large area LED displays is also the ViewLab application allowing to combine video signal from cameras with graphics and texts, advertising messages, information blocks containing internet online reports or SMS chat or spectator SMS voting.
